Herodesk and Phone Numbers & Calls ‑ SBoard both address customer service needs for Shopify merchants, but with fundamentally different approaches. Herodesk positions itself as a comprehensive, conversation-based helpdesk system with live chat and integrations for Shopify, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.
