Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants deeply invested in the LINE ecosystem and seeking advanced CRM capabilities, including targeted messaging, automation, and rich menus, CRM PLUS on LINE is the clear choice. Its integration with Shopify customer tags and Shopify Flow provides powerful tools for personalized marketing and customer engagement. However, it may require more setup and a deeper understanding of LINE marketing.
Conversely, for merchants who simply want to add a basic WhatsApp support button to their store with minimal effort, PX WhatsApp Chat ‑ Live Chat offers a quick and easy solution. While it lacks the advanced features of CRM PLUS on LINE, its simplicity makes it suitable for small businesses or those just starting to explore WhatsApp as a customer service channel. However, the extremely low rating and few reviews should raise concerns about potential issues or lack of support.
