Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing simple integration and broad accessibility across numerous chat platforms, Chaty is the better choice. Its wide array of chat options ensures customers can reach you via their preferred channel, and it's particularly useful for businesses wanting to quickly offer basic support through common platforms without a heavy investment in AI.
However, if the goal is to significantly automate customer support, personalize customer journeys, and actively engage customers through targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns, Wizybot is the stronger option. While the initial setup might be more complex, the AI-driven functionalities and marketing automation capabilities provide more potential for scalability and improved customer experience, particularly for larger businesses or those experiencing high volumes of support requests.
