Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing sales conversions, lead generation, and direct customer support via popular messaging apps, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the clear choice. Its comprehensive feature set, broad integration capabilities, and strong user reviews indicate a robust and valuable tool. However, merchants looking for a quick and simple solution to improve website accessibility and user experience by providing a dark mode option, Glasses: One-Click Darkmode offers a straightforward option, especially if concerns about eye strain among visitors are paramount.
Despite the low rating and limited reviews for Glasses, it fills a niche need with minimal setup. Therefore, the recommendation depends entirely on the merchant's specific goals. If the goal is to enhance communication and boost sales through chat, Chaty is the superior option. If the goal is solely to offer a dark mode toggle for better user experience, and if the merchant is willing to overlook the poor ratings of Glasses, it's a quick and inexpensive addition.
