Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on proactive customer engagement, real-time support, and facilitating sales through various chat platforms, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the clear choice. Its comprehensive suite of chat options and customization features allows for a highly personalized customer experience. However, for merchants whose priority is building long-term trust and leveraging social proof to improve conversion rates, easy Google Customer Reviews is the better option. It provides a seamless way to collect and display Google Customer Reviews, enhancing the store's credibility.
While both apps fall under the broader category of improving the customer experience, their approaches and target merchants are distinct. A store can benefit from both, but if forced to choose one, the decision should be based on the business's core marketing and customer service strategy.
