Our Verdict
Chaty is the better choice for merchants who require a comprehensive chat solution with broad platform support, customization options, and Google Analytics integration. Its extensive list of supported chat platforms makes it ideal for businesses targeting a diverse customer base with varying communication preferences.
Dondy is more suitable for merchants whose primary focus is WhatsApp-based marketing and customer engagement. While we don't have a full feature list, it likely offers specific tools tailored for this platform which makes it a strong choice if WhatsApp is your dominant channel. However, the lower rating and the lack of information about advanced functionalities that go beyond WhatsApp make it a riskier, more specialized pick for broader needs. The larger number of reviews implies a more mature product, but less satisfied audience (on average).
