Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to offer a wide range of direct communication options to their customers and prioritize personalized interactions, Chaty is the stronger choice. Its comprehensive support for multiple messaging platforms and customizable chat widget provides a versatile solution for engaging with customers on their preferred channels. However, for businesses grappling with a high volume of customer inquiries and seeking to automate their customer support operations, Desku offers a compelling solution. Its AI-powered chatbot and order management features provide 24/7 support, efficient ticket management, and real-time order tracking, ultimately reducing support workload and improving customer satisfaction. The low review count for Desku suggests the need for further research before committing.
