CCL Hide Payment Methods vs Codify CODfor Shopify (2026)
CCL Hide Payment Methods and Codify COD are both Shopify apps targeting improvements to the checkout experience, but they focus on distinct aspects of payment management. CCL Hide Payment Methods provides comprehensive control over all payment methods, allowing merchants to sort, reorder, rename, and hide them based on various conditions such as cart total, shipping method, or customer location. This positions it as a flexible tool for optimizing payment options to increase conversion rates and reduce costs associated with specific payment methods. In contrast, Codify COD specializes solely in managing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. It offers features like OTP verification, COD fees, and availability controls to reduce fraudulent orders and RTO losses. While both apps touch on payment optimization, CCL Hide Payment Methods offers broader functionality, suitable for merchants seeking complete control over their payment gateway display and rules. Codify COD, on the other hand, is highly targeted towards merchants who rely heavily on COD as a payment option and are struggling with associated challenges like fake orders and delivery failures. The app enables better management and reduces risks specifically associated with COD. Both apps boast high ratings, but CCL Hide Payment Methods has a slightly larger number of reviews.
