Our Verdict
For merchants who prioritize providing accurate estimated delivery times and a range of options (COD, returns) based on location, Zipprover is the stronger choice. Its email capture feature for unsupported areas also offers a built-in lead generation tool. Zippy is better suited for merchants who need a highly customizable solution for advanced zipcode logic and want to ensure their validation widget matches their store's theme seamlessly. If you are looking for more complex zipcode logic, or have design restrictions, Zippy appears to be a better fit. However, Zipprover's broader set of features related to delivery expectation management makes it compelling for a wider range of merchants needing a solution to improve their customer experience and reduce failed deliveries.
