Our Verdict
The choice between Webify Metafields Editor and XO Insert Code depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If the goal is to manage and customize the underlying data structure of the store (metafields), especially to enhance storefront presentation on Online Store 2.0 themes, then Webify Metafields Editor is the clear choice. However, if the need is to quickly add custom code for tracking, styling, or other functionalities without dealing with complex data structures, XO Insert Code is the more appropriate and user-friendly option. For merchants requiring both functionalities, exploring separate apps for each purpose might be necessary as these apps are not direct substitutes.
