Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot vs WhatHub – Order Automationfor Shopify (2026)
Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot and WhatHub – Order Automation both aim to improve the customer experience but take vastly different approaches. Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot positions itself as a general-purpose AI-powered chatbot, likely capable of handling various customer queries and potentially even driving sales. On the other hand, WhatHub focuses specifically on automating post-purchase communication via WhatsApp, streamlining order confirmations, fulfillment updates, and abandoned cart recovery. This makes WhatHub's strength lie in its targeted automation for WhatsApp users, while Verifast aims for a broader chatbot functionality. The significantly higher number of reviews for Verifast suggests broader adoption or longer market presence. WhatHub's key advantage is its ease of setup using WhatsApp's “Link a Device” feature, simplifying integration without requiring complex API configurations. It focuses on automating order-related updates and collecting customer feedback through polls directly within WhatsApp. Verifast, with its AI chatbot functionality, likely handles a wider range of customer interactions, although the provided data lacks specifics on its exact feature set beyond being an AI chatbot and a sales bot. The two apps also differ greatly in ease of use for average merchants. WhatHub's primary user is an average merchant with a large customer base that is active on WhatsApp. Verifast's user is someone who is more technically skilled and needs a chatbot for a wider array of tasks.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants heavily reliant on WhatsApp for customer communication and seeking streamlined order updates and abandoned cart recovery, WhatHub – Order Automation is the clear choice. Its easy setup and focus on WhatsApp automation provide immediate value. However, for merchants needing a more versatile AI-powered chatbot capable of handling a wider range of customer inquiries and potentially driving sales through conversational AI, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot is likely the better option, assuming its broader functionality justifies any potential complexity in setup and use. Without more feature details on Verifast, WhatHub edges out as the better choice for any smaller company heavily active on WhatsApp. The number of reviews is also very relevant. Only 2 merchants could have reviewed WhatHub, whereas 62 reviewed Verifast.
