Our Verdict
For merchants whose primary shipping needs are met by UPS, the UPS Shipping (Official) app is the clear choice. Its deep integration with UPS services provides streamlined order management, label printing, and tracking within the UPS ecosystem. The support and dashboard focus on UPS.
However, for merchants requiring the flexibility to use multiple couriers or needing advanced fulfillment tools like a mobile picking/packing app, xConnector is the better option. Its broad courier support and features like return request management and calculated rates provide a more versatile solution. While the higher rating may suggest a preference, both apps offer value in their respective niches; the decision depends heavily on the merchant's specific shipping strategy and courier preferences.
