Our Verdict
While both apps offer live chat and AI chatbot capabilities, Tidio presents a more feature-rich solution, particularly for merchants focused on actively driving sales through chat. Its Lyro AI sales assistant, personalized product recommendations, and real-time customer insights make it suitable for stores aiming to increase average order value. Willdesk, with its higher rating but fewer reviews, might be a good choice for merchants seeking a simpler, less feature-heavy solution, especially if budget is a constraint. More information is needed on Willdesk to definitively recommend it.
