syncX: Easy Order Export vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
syncX: Easy Order Export and Zigpoll Customer Surveys are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Operations', but they serve vastly different purposes. syncX focuses on streamlining order data extraction, likely targeting merchants who need to analyze their order data extensively outside of Shopify's built-in analytics. Zigpoll, on the other hand, is a customer survey platform aimed at collecting zero-party data to improve customer experience and optimize marketing efforts. Zigpoll boasts a significantly higher rating (5/5 vs 4.2/5) and a larger number of reviews (417 vs 102), suggesting greater user satisfaction and wider adoption. Zigpoll differentiates itself with features like advanced post-purchase surveys, multilingual support, abandoned checkout campaigns, and AI-powered analytics. It emphasizes ease of use with a no-code setup and seamless integration with Shopify and other marketing tools. In contrast, based on its name, syncX likely prioritizes ease of use in exporting order data, but lacks the comprehensive customer insight features offered by Zigpoll. The key difference lies in their core functionalities: syncX extracts order data, while Zigpoll collects customer feedback for business optimization.

Our Verdict
Choosing between syncX: Easy Order Export and Zigpoll Customer Surveys depends heavily on your business needs. If your primary goal is to efficiently export and analyze order data outside of Shopify, syncX is likely the better option. However, if you're focused on understanding your customers better, improving their experience, and optimizing your marketing strategies through feedback, Zigpoll is the clear winner. The higher rating and larger review count of Zigpoll also suggest a more mature and reliable app.
For data-driven merchants seeking customer-centric growth, Zigpoll provides a more comprehensive solution. Merchants struggling to understand customer behavior and optimize marketing spend should strongly consider Zigpoll. syncX is more suited for merchants with specific data analysis workflows requiring raw order data outside of the Shopify platform.
