Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with automating tracking information synchronization, reducing PayPal disputes, and accessing funds faster, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is likely the better choice. Its emphasis on multiple sales channels and PayPal partnership lends credibility and suggests a robust and reliable solution for streamlined back-end operations.
However, if a merchant's priority is enhancing the customer's post-purchase experience, driving revenue through targeted promotions, and providing a branded tracking page with estimated delivery dates, then TrackOrder - Tracking & Sync is more suitable. Its focus on customer engagement and conversion makes it a better fit for businesses that view order tracking as an opportunity to build relationships and increase sales. The number of reviews for Synctrack, indicating a longer track record and greater adoption, also suggests a potentially more mature and well-tested solution.
