Our Verdict
For a new Shopify store struggling to build initial trust and credibility, Social Media Live Counter offers a quick and straightforward solution. Its easy setup and customizable display of social media metrics can be a valuable asset. However, the extremely low number of reviews (5) raises concerns about its reliability and support.
If you're already active on Instagram and TikTok, and have a substantial amount of engaging video content, Whatmore Shoppable Videos+Reel is the superior choice. The automated integration, AI product tagging, and focus on shoppable video experiences can drive significant engagement and sales. Its higher review count (327) suggests a more established and reliable app, although the learning curve might be steeper.
