SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to empower Shopify merchants to gather customer feedback and improve their business through surveys. However, they differ significantly in their demonstrated market presence and feature sets. SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS focuses primarily on post-purchase surveys, emphasizing ease of use and unlimited responses, seemingly targeting smaller businesses looking for a simple, code-free solution for basic feedback collection. Zigpoll, on the other hand, positions itself as a more comprehensive survey platform, offering broader survey types (pre-purchase, NPS, on-site, email, SMS), AI analytics, multilingual support, integrations with marketing tools, and abandoned checkout recovery features, catering to larger businesses or those with more sophisticated data needs and a global customer base. The core difference lies in the scale and sophistication of the solution. SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS prioritizes simplicity and unlimited usage within a post-purchase context. Zigpoll offers a wider range of survey types and integrates those surveys into a broader marketing and analytics ecosystem. The review count disparity suggests a significant difference in user adoption and maturity between the two apps, even though both maintain a perfect 5/5 rating. This likely reflects Zigpoll's longer market presence and richer feature set.

Our Verdict
For smaller Shopify businesses primarily interested in simple, post-purchase feedback and prioritizing ease of use and unlimited surveys at a potentially lower cost, SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS might suffice. Its straightforward approach could be ideal for quickly gathering initial customer insights without complex configurations.
However, for businesses seeking a more comprehensive survey solution with advanced features like pre-purchase surveys, multilingual support, AI-powered analytics, and integration with other marketing tools, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the superior choice. While it may require a greater investment in terms of both cost and setup, Zigpoll provides a more robust platform for in-depth customer understanding and business optimization. The sheer volume of positive reviews further strengthens Zigpoll's position as a reliable and well-regarded survey solution.
