Our Verdict
Singleton | Verify Customers is the clear winner if the merchant needs to control *who* can see prices and make purchases. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective app for that specific purpose. The ability to customize registration forms adds further value. U:Make an Offer Instant Bid's low rating and lack of reviews make it a riskier choice without more investigation. If the goal is simply to allow customers to make offers, the merchant should thoroughly research U:Make an Offer or consider alternatives with better user feedback.
