SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping and Wholesale Gorilla both operate within the 'Sourcing options' and 'Wholesale' Shopify categories, but they cater to drastically different business models and needs. SexyLiving is positioned as a turnkey dropshipping solution specifically for adult wellness products, emphasizing ease of use and automated order fulfillment. Wholesale Gorilla, on the other hand, is a comprehensive B2B solution aimed at merchants looking to add or expand wholesale capabilities to their existing Shopify stores. Our Verdict
For a merchant starting an adult product store with a dropshipping model, SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping is likely the better option due to its specialized focus and ease of use. It abstracts away inventory management complexities and provides discreet shipping, crucial for this niche. However, the low number of reviews should give pause. For established Shopify stores looking to expand into the wholesale market or improve their B2B capabilities, Wholesale Gorilla is the superior choice. It offers a broader range of features tailored to B2B operations, customer service support, and has a much larger user base based on the higher number of reviews. The slightly lower rating is offset by the sheer volume of positive reviews, suggesting a robust and well-regarded platform for wholesale management. A merchant deciding between these should strongly consider which business model they are pursuing, as that is the most crucial differentiating factor.
