Our Verdict
For merchants seeking deep customization with strong support and specifically focused on post-purchase experiences integrated with Shopify Flow, SEA Post Purchase Survey App could be a good fit. Its emphasis on analytical charts is ideal for those prioritizing clear, readily understandable reports. On the other hand, Zigpoll is better suited for merchants needing a wider range of survey types (including pre-purchase and abandoned checkout) and who value ease of use, multilingual support, and AI-powered analytics. Zigpoll's abandoned cart recovery feature provides an extra advantage for e-commerce businesses aiming to minimize lost sales.
