SEA Post Purchase Survey App vs SM Post Purchase Survey & NPSfor Shopify (2026)
Both SEA Post Purchase Survey App and SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS aim to help Shopify merchants collect customer feedback through surveys. SEA Post Purchase Survey App focuses on providing in-depth analytics and comprehensive customization options, with strong emphasis on targeted survey distribution and integration with existing marketing tools (like email apps and Shopify Flow). This suggests a target audience of merchants who are comfortable with a slightly more complex setup in exchange for granular control and deeper insights. SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS, on the other hand, emphasizes ease of use and unlimited usage (questions and responses) without coding, suggesting a focus on simpler implementation and broader data collection. The 'smart rule' targeting feature points to some degree of segmentation, but the overall tone suggests this is geared towards merchants who prioritize quick setup and broad feedback gathering over sophisticated analytics.
