Rocketly: Bulk Price Editor vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Rocketly: Bulk Price Editor and Zigpoll Customer Surveys are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Operations,' but they address fundamentally different needs for merchants. The app is aimed at merchants looking to deeply understand their customers and make data-driven decisions. While both apps contribute to efficient store operations, their functionality is entirely distinct, targeting different aspects of business management.

Its features are tailored to save time and reduce errors in pricing operations. Merchants running frequent promotions or needing to quickly update prices across a large inventory will find Rocketly invaluable.
However, if the focus is on gaining deeper customer understanding and optimizing the business based on data, Zigpoll is the superior option. The ability to collect feedback through various channels, analyze it with AI, and integrate it with Shopify and marketing tools makes Zigpoll a powerful tool for customer-centric decision-making. Merchants struggling with low conversion rates, high abandoned cart rates, or a lack of customer insights should prioritize Zigpoll.
