Our Verdict
Reviews Junction is likely the better choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive product review solution with a wider range of features to collect and showcase user-generated content, including photo and video reviews, Q&A, and automated collection with discount incentives. Its focus on social proof and multi-channel syndication makes it a stronger option for brands looking to leverage reviews across various platforms.
Review Collect by Scaly, given the lack of detailed information, might be a suitable option for merchants needing a very basic review collection tool, potentially prioritizing simplicity over advanced features. However, without further details, it's difficult to definitively recommend it over the more feature-rich and popular Reviews Junction.
