Revie: Whatsapp Reviews & Mkt vs Review Collect by Scalyfor Shopify (2026)
Revie: Whatsapp Reviews & Mkt and Review Collect by Scaly both aim to improve product review collection on Shopify, but they likely differ in their approach and target audience. Revie, with a 4.9-star rating based on 275 reviews, suggests a more established presence and potentially broader feature set, possibly incorporating WhatsApp marketing functionalities alongside review collection. This indicates a focus on merchants who want to integrate review collection with their customer communication channels. Review Collect by Scaly, boasting a perfect 5-star rating but from a smaller sample size of 79 reviews, might be targeting a more niche market or emphasizing a simpler, more focused review collection process. Our Verdict
Choosing between Revie and Review Collect hinges on a merchant's specific needs. If integrated WhatsApp marketing and a more comprehensive solution are desired, Revie: Whatsapp Reviews & Mkt is the better option, despite the slightly lower rating. Merchants seeking a simpler, highly-rated (albeit with fewer reviews) and potentially more focused review collection app should lean towards Review Collect by Scaly.
It's crucial to consider the review volume when interpreting the ratings. While a perfect 5-star rating is appealing, a larger sample size in Revie provides a more robust representation of user experience. Merchants with a greater need for customer engagement tools might prioritize Revie's WhatsApp integration, while those focused solely on review collection might find Review Collect sufficient and easier to manage.
Common Questions
