Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a returns solution with a proven track record and a focus on unlimited returns at a fixed cost, ReturnZap Returns & Exchanges appears to be the stronger choice, given its larger review base and clear emphasis on no per-return fees. Its detailed description of coverage in multiple countries also gives it an edge. Merchants who are particularly sensitive to customer support and ease of use should also strongly consider ReturnZap. If a lower initial barrier to entry is a concern, WeSupply Returns & Exchanges might be worth testing, but the limited information available makes a definitive recommendation difficult. The lack of information regarding pricing and coverage for WeSupply makes it hard to draw any conclusions regarding its cost-effectiveness compared to ReturnZap.
