Return Prime:Return & Exchange vs Simply Shipping Protectionfor Shopify (2026)
Return Prime:Return & Exchange and Simply Shipping Protection both address the returns and warranty category on Shopify, but they target different aspects of the post-purchase experience and cater to different merchant needs. Return Prime focuses on streamlining the return and exchange process itself, aiming to retain revenue through exchanges, store credits, and upsells while offering a branded experience and integrating with various WMS and logistics tools.
