Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a widely-used and reliable returns and exchanges app with potentially simpler implementation, Returbo appears to be a solid choice, as indicated by the higher volume of positive reviews. However, for businesses experiencing a high volume of returns and seeking to proactively reduce them through data analysis and direct integration with a range of logistic providers for efficient label generation, Turny Returns & Exchanges offers a more comprehensive and potentially more valuable solution, despite having fewer reviews to support it as of 2026. The choice depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities - simplicity versus comprehensive analysis and automation.
