Our Verdict
Recomatic Related Products is best suited for merchants who want to improve their average order value by strategically placing related products throughout their store and desire detailed conversion tracking. Its customizable algorithms and manual tuning options offer flexibility for fine-tuning recommendations. Given the number of reviews, it also seems to be the more tested and established option.
Trieve: AI Sales Associate, on the other hand, is ideal for merchants who want to provide a more personalized and interactive shopping experience through AI-powered search and support. It is better suited for stores with complex product catalogs or those looking to reduce cart abandonment by providing instant answers and relevant product suggestions. However, its relative newness, indicated by the low review count, might warrant caution. Merchants should consider their comfort level with newer technologies and weigh the potential benefits against the limited user feedback.
