Qliro Extension vs TryOnify: Try Before You Buyfor Shopify (2026)
Qliro Extension and TryOnify: Try Before You Buy offer drastically different value propositions for Shopify merchants in 2026. Qliro Extension, designed to enhance the Qliro payment platform, focuses on providing merchants with greater control over how Qliro payment options are displayed and promoted within their store. Its key features center around customization, localization, and promotional banner integration, suggesting it targets merchants already using or intending to use Qliro payments and seeking to optimize their integration. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating raise concerns about its reliability and user-friendliness. This app requires a pre-existing relationship with Qliro and their suite of payment apps. In contrast, TryOnify: Try Before You Buy offers a novel "Try Now, Pay Later" approach, aiming to reduce cart abandonment and increase sales by deferring payments until after a trial period. With a perfect 5/5 rating based on 4 reviews, it appears to be well-received by its users. TryOnify addresses the modern customer concerns of high cost and difficult user experiences by removing a potential barrier to purchase. Its emphasis on quick setup, automatic payment collection, and credit card authorization suggests it targets merchants looking for a straightforward solution to boost customer acquisition and conversion rates, regardless of their existing payment gateway setup. The focus of TryOnify is on customer experience and payment flexibility and doesn't seem to be tied into one specific payment gateway.

Our Verdict
Qliro Extension is suitable only for merchants who are already committed to using the Qliro payment platform and require advanced customization and promotional tools for their Qliro integration. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating warrant extreme caution. Thoroughly research Qliro's payment platform and extension limitations before investing in the application.
TryOnify: Try Before You Buy, on the other hand, is a more broadly applicable solution for merchants seeking to improve their customer acquisition and conversion rates by offering a risk-free trial period. Its positive reviews and focus on ease of use make it a promising option for merchants looking to implement a "Try Now, Pay Later" strategy without being tied to a specific payment gateway. Given the information available, TryOnify appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants.
