Our Verdict
Qikify Upsell BOGO & Free Gift is best suited for merchants looking to actively increase their sales through various promotional strategies. It empowers merchants to create complex and strategic upsell and cross-sell campaigns. While both apps can indirectly increase revenue, they accomplish this via very different mechanisms.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Qikify offers an easy-to-use interface, whereas Navidium requires managing claims, which adds a layer of complexity. Therefore, Qikify is likely easier for initial setup, but ongoing maintenance depends on the complexity of the promotions.
Which app provides a more direct return on investment?
Navidium offers a more direct ROI as you keep the shipping protection fees, unlike Qikify where the ROI is dependent on the success of the upsell and cross-sell campaigns. However, Qikify can have a substantially larger ROI if promotions are successful at scaling volume and AOV.
Which app focuses more on customer satisfaction?
Both apps contribute to customer satisfaction but in different ways. Qikify's offers can make customers feel they are getting a good deal. Navidium offers peace of mind for customers worried about lost or damaged packages and simplifies the claims process.
Do these apps integrate with other Shopify apps?
Qikify states no specific integrations. Navidium specifically lists integrations with Recharge, Rebuy, Bold, Slide Cart, Subscriptions, Tapcart, and AntiFraud. If you use those apps, Navidium is a better fit.
Which app is better for a new store with limited capital?
Navidium might be more attractive for a new store since it directly generates revenue from shipping protection fees. Qikify requires strategic planning and execution of promotions, and its success depends on factors like product appeal and marketing effectiveness.
