Our Verdict
Given the available data, ReturnZap Returns & Exchanges is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and feature set focused on automation and customer satisfaction make it a compelling option for businesses looking to optimize their returns process. Merchants dealing with complex return policies, international shipping, or a high volume of returns will likely find ReturnZap particularly valuable. Propair ‑ Extended Warranty, with no reviews or data, presents too much uncertainty to be recommended.
However, merchants specifically seeking an app focused on extended warranty management might consider researching Propair further (if more data becomes available), especially if their primary goal is to offer and manage warranty extensions on products, rather than handle standard returns and exchanges. If Propair develops features unique to warranty management (e.g., warranty claims processing, integration with manufacturers), it could become a niche alternative, but at this time, ReturnZap is the more robust and validated solution for general returns management.
