Price List Pro ‑ products list vs WaveSoft Discountfor Shopify (2026)
Price List Pro ‑ products list and WaveSoft Discount are both Shopify apps focused on pricing, but they address very different needs. Price List Pro caters to merchants who need to create and distribute detailed product catalogs and price lists, particularly for B2B sales or wholesale operations. It emphasizes customization and generating downloadable documents. WaveSoft Discount, on the other hand, is designed to improve sales conversions by making discounted prices visible directly on product pages, tackling the issue of 'hidden' discounts that only appear at checkout. Its focus is on boosting immediate sales by highlighting savings. Price List Pro's strength lies in its catalog creation and customization capabilities, including showing variants, stock status, barcodes, and more. The ability to download price lists in XLS and PDF formats makes it ideal for sharing product information offline or with specific customer segments. WaveSoft Discount's advantage is its seamless integration with Shopify themes and its ability to automatically update prices across the store without requiring code edits. It aims to provide an immediate and noticeable impact on sales by surfacing discounts earlier in the customer journey. While both are pricing apps, their core functions and target user profiles are distinct.
