Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their Post & DHL shipping process, including label generation and rate calculation, the Post & DHL Shipping (official) app is the clear choice. Its official designation suggests a tightly integrated solution tailored to their specific carrier. It is likely to offer superior shipping rate accuracy as well. The higher review count also suggests a more established user base.
However, if a merchant's priority is streamlining returns and exchanges to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational overhead, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the better option. Its perfect rating, while based on fewer reviews, indicates a highly effective solution for managing this critical aspect of the customer experience. In fact, a store using a different shipping provider than DHL will benefit more from the Returns app.
