Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on local pickup and delivery, especially those with complex scheduling needs and multiple locations, Pickup Delivery Date — Pickeasy is the stronger choice. Its granular control over time slots, cut-off times, and product-specific settings makes it ideal for managing the complexities of local logistics. However, for merchants looking to improve the overall customer experience and reduce shipping-related inquiries by providing clear and accurate delivery estimations, S: Estimated Delivery Date ETA offers a more streamlined and user-friendly solution. While Pickeasy *could* be adapted for displaying ETAs, it's primary focus is on logistical management.
If the priority is on simplifying local deliveries and managing inventory effectively, Pickeasy is recommended. But if the goal is to reduce customer support tickets regarding shipping times across a broader range of delivery options, S: Estimated Delivery Date ETA would be more beneficial. Businesses requiring both capabilities may need to consider integrating both apps, or looking for an alternative all-in-one solution. However, bear in mind this assessment is based on 2026, and that further apps may have been developed.
