Our Verdict
Choosing between PayCOD and Redeemly depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the merchant is struggling with COD-related issues such as high return rates or unpaid orders, PayCOD is the clear choice. Its features are specifically designed to address these challenges and improve the profitability of COD transactions.
However, if the merchant's primary goal is to boost customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases, Redeemly is the more suitable option. Offering store credit cashback can be an effective way to incentivize customers to return to the store and spend more. Given the significantly higher number of reviews, there is more social proof and potential assurance of stability associated with Redeemly. For most ecommerce businesses not significantly impacted by COD issues, Redeemly would be the stronger recommendation.
