Our Verdict
For merchants needing a robust subscription management solution with automated recurring payments, customer self-service, and 24/7 human support, Recurpay: Subscriptions app is the clear choice. Its strong review count suggests widespread adoption and satisfaction. Patch Customer Retention, while potentially valuable, lacks sufficient data to make a solid recommendation. Its appeal is likely limited to merchants with very specific, niche retention requirements, or those willing to take a risk on a newer app. Unless a merchant has very specific requirements that are not addressable by Recurpay, Recurpay is the better choice.
