Our Verdict
Simple Affiliate is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026 due to its substantial user base and feature-rich offering. The app's focus on automation, flexible commission structures, and tax management simplifies affiliate program management. While PartnerBoost: Affiliate also has a perfect rating, the lack of reviews makes it a riskier choice, especially for merchants who need a proven and well-documented solution. PartnerBoost might be suitable for merchants willing to take a chance on a newer app and potentially benefit from early-adopter advantages, but they should proceed with caution.
