Our Verdict
For merchants heavily focused on reducing RTO, customizing advanced COD rules based on diverse factors (order amount, location, etc.), and running pre-order or deferred payment campaigns, Partialy - Partial Payment COD may be the better fit due to its feature-rich COD and partial payment functionalities. However, if a merchant prioritizes the validation of a higher number of reviews and desires core split payment/deposit functionality, SPD Split Payment & Deposit may be preferred. Without a detailed description of SPD's functionality, it's difficult to make a definitive recommendation for niche use cases.
