Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive order tracking platform that offers detailed shipment information and allows customers to self-serve, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the stronger choice. The large number of positive reviews suggests a proven and reliable solution.
However, if a merchant's priority is to proactively engage customers with real-time updates through WhatsApp, and values direct communication, wCRM - Transactional Notifier, despite the low number of reviews, may be a worthwhile option. The key factor is whether WhatsApp is a primary communication channel for their customer base. A merchant should carefully weigh the benefits of immediate WhatsApp updates against the potential lack of detailed tracking information and the limited user feedback.
