Our Verdict
The choice between Parcel Panel and Ricemill | Fulfilment hinges on the merchant's primary need. If the priority is enhancing post-purchase customer experience by providing accurate and branded order tracking, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the superior choice, evidenced by its large user base and high rating. Its broad applicability makes it a suitable solution for any Shopify store regardless of location.
However, for Australian merchants who frequently use Australia Post MyPost, eParcel & Sendle and are seeking to streamline their fulfillment process, Ricemill | Fulfilment offers a more tailored solution. Its ability to compare shipping rates, print labels, and automate fulfillment tasks directly addresses their specific needs. The limited number of reviews suggests it might be a newer app or one with a very specific niche, but its feature set is compelling for its target audience.
