Our Verdict
The choice between Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator and Singleton | Dual Price Display depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If the primary concern is automating and standardizing invoice generation, Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator is the clear choice. However, for merchants targeting both B2B and B2C customers, or those operating in regions with varying tax regulations, Singleton | Dual Price Display offers a compelling solution for transparent pricing and tax compliance. Common Questions
Does Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator handle tax calculations?
While not explicitly stated, it's reasonable to assume Oxilayer calculates and includes tax amounts within the generated PDF invoices. The level of customization for tax rates is unknown.
Can Singleton | Dual Price Display be used for different currencies?
The description doesn't mention currency conversion. It focuses on displaying tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive prices, so currency support may depend on its integration with Shopify's currency settings or a separate currency converter app.
Is Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator suitable for merchants selling digital products?
Yes, Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator would be suitable as generating invoices is a standard practice regardless of whether physical or digital products are sold.
Does Singleton | Dual Price Display affect SEO?
Potentially. Displaying more information (like both prices) on product pages could influence keyword density. However, proper implementation and semantic HTML should minimize any negative SEO impacts. The app description doesn't directly address SEO.
How does the setup process differ between the two apps?
Oxilayer likely has a simpler setup, focusing on connecting to order data and configuring invoice templates. Singleton's setup might be more involved, requiring the configuration of tax rules, display settings, and integration with the store's theme.
