Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing a highly secure and customizable OTP login experience with granular control over OTP settings and account information, OTP Login with Phone appears to be the stronger choice. Its higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction within its specific niche. Simplify My Login is more suitable for merchants seeking a broader approach to login simplification, offering various login methods beyond OTP, including social logins and biometric authentication. Its strength lies in providing more options and potentially increasing accessibility for a wider range of customers, although it may offer less granular control over the OTP aspect. If ease of integration and multiple login options are paramount, Simplify My Login is the better choice.
