Our Verdict
The choice between Omnibus Pricing and Termzy depends heavily on the specific legal needs of the Shopify merchant. If the primary concern revolves around complying with pricing regulations (e.g., inclusive pricing laws), Omnibus Pricing is the more relevant solution, assuming that's its focus, given the information available. On the other hand, if the priority is ensuring customers agree to specific terms and conditions, particularly in regions with strict data privacy laws like the EU, Termzy is the clear choice. Termzy's features, such as recording agreement timestamps and supporting multiple checkout buttons, provide tangible legal protection. While Omnibus Pricing has a slightly higher rating, Termzy's significantly larger user base suggests broader appeal and possibly more mature development.
