Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Notify Customers appears better suited for merchants seeking a broader SMS marketing platform with features like image support, campaign scheduling, and direct customer conversations. The higher rating and focus on repeat business suggest it's geared towards relationship building. RescueMyCart, on the other hand, *might* be a better choice for merchants primarily concerned with recovering abandoned carts, particularly those who want to leverage WhatsApp in addition to SMS. However, the lower rating and lack of detailed feature descriptions make it difficult to recommend confidently without more information. Merchants should investigate RescueMyCart's reliability and cart recovery efficacy carefully.
