Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a versatile form builder to create a wide range of forms with extensive customization options, Nerdy Form Builder is the better choice. Its flexibility allows for building diverse forms beyond just surveys, catering to various data collection needs. However, merchants primarily interested in gathering customer feedback through strategic surveys and leveraging AI-powered analytics to optimize their business should choose Zigpoll Customer Surveys. Its deep integration with the Shopify ecosystem and focus on actionable insights make it a powerful tool for understanding and improving the customer experience.
While Nerdy Form Builder offers strong form customization, the very low number of reviews (18) relative to Zigpoll (417) suggests it's less mature or widely adopted. If a merchant prioritizes the proven track record and feature set of a well-established survey solution, Zigpoll is the clear winner despite the narrower functionality.
