Our Verdict
Choosing between Native Metafields and Purchase Options depends entirely on your specific needs. If you're looking for a tool to efficiently manage your Shopify metafields – importing, exporting, editing, and understanding their liquid syntax – then Native Metafields is the clear choice, despite the limited number of reviews. Its feature set directly addresses metafield management tasks. The positive rating, though based on a small sample, suggests a positive user experience.
Conversely, if you're primarily concerned with customizing the fonts within your Shopify theme (particularly if you're using Horizon or a similar theme) and want to add a unique brand aesthetic, Purchase Options is the relevant tool. However, the absence of reviews should prompt caution. Given the zero ratings and no reviews, a potential user should proceed with extra due dilligence. It is crucial to prioritize apps that demonstrate a strong track record of user satisfaction.
