Our Verdict
The choice between NAPPS | Mobile App Builder and Tracksy ‑ Short Link Analytics depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If a merchant wants to offer their customers a dedicated mobile app experience to improve engagement and brand loyalty, NAPPS is the more appropriate choice. However, if a merchant is actively running marketing campaigns and needs to understand which links are driving traffic and sales, Tracksy offers the tools for creating branded short links and tracking their performance. Given the lack of reviews for Tracksy, merchants considering it should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate its functionality during any trial period. At this time, NAPPS is more likely to be a better choice because of the social proof of it's reviews.
