MyParcel.com Returns vs PostCo Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing a returns and exchanges app face a stark contrast between MyParcel.com Returns and PostCo Returns & Exchanges. MyParcel.com Returns aims to integrate with the MyParcel.com return portal, allowing customers to initiate returns using their order details and select items to return with reasons and proof of damage. A key strength is its ability to arrange returns through 50+ carriers. However, the app suffers from a complete lack of social proof, with zero reviews and a rating of 0/5. PostCo Returns & Exchanges, on the other hand, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 79 reviews. While the specific features of PostCo are not detailed in the prompt, its overwhelmingly positive reception suggests a user-friendly and effective solution. Given the absence of any user feedback on MyParcel.com Returns, merchants are essentially being asked to be the first to try it out, whereas PostCo offers the reassurance of existing users. The choice boils down to taking a risk on an unproven app versus opting for a well-regarded and established solution.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the significantly safer and more sensible choice. The abundance of positive reviews provides substantial confidence in its functionality and usability. MyParcel.com Returns might appeal to merchants deeply invested in the MyParcel.com ecosystem and willing to take a considerable risk on an unproven app. However, until MyParcel.com Returns accumulates some positive user feedback, it's difficult to recommend it over the established and well-regarded PostCo Returns & Exchanges.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Based on the available data, it is impossible to determine which app is easier to use. However, PostCo's high rating and numerous reviews suggest a positive user experience, which often correlates with ease of use. MyParcel.com Returns lacks any user feedback, making its ease of use entirely unknown.
Which app offers a better value proposition?
PostCo Returns & Exchanges appears to offer the better value proposition due to its proven track record. MyParcel.com Returns' value proposition hinges on seamless integration with MyParcel.com, but without user reviews, it's difficult to assess the effectiveness of this integration.
Which app offers more carrier options for returns?
MyParcel.com Returns explicitly states support for 50+ carriers. The number of carrier options for PostCo Returns & Exchanges is unknown based on the provided information.
Is either app free?
The pricing information for both apps is not provided in the prompt, so it's impossible to determine if either app is free.
Which app provides better customer support?
There's no direct information about customer support for either app. However, a higher number of positive reviews (as seen with PostCo Returns & Exchanges) often correlates with better overall service, including customer support. MyParcel.com Returns' lack of reviews offers no insight into the quality of their support.
