Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurus vs Rootways Wishlistfor Shopify (2026)
Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus and Rootways Wishlist both aim to enhance customer engagement and drive sales by enabling shoppers to save desired products. Multi Wishlist boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 6 reviews, indicating positive early user experiences, but the low number of reviews suggests it is still a relatively new app. Rootways Wishlist, on the other hand, lacks any reviews at all, making its performance and reliability currently unknown. While Rootways highlights features like guest Wishlist functionality, sharing options, and compatibility with other platforms in its description, its effectiveness remains untested in real-world scenarios. Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a tested and positively-rated app, Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus is the safer initial choice, despite the low number of reviews. However, its lack of detail on specific features compared to the descriptions of Rootways makes it difficult to fully assess its suitability for all merchants. Rootways Wishlist, with its promise of guest wishlists and broad sharing options, is better suited for businesses looking for a feature-rich solution and are willing to be early adopters, understanding the inherent risk of using an unreviewed app. Merchants should carefully consider their risk tolerance and feature requirements before making a decision. It would be prudent to monitor the reviews for Rootways Wishlist closely before committing.
