Our Verdict
Given the dramatic difference in ratings and review volume, Mobile App Banner ‑ Shopney appears to be the safer and more reliable choice. Its primary benefit is driving mobile app downloads. PX WhatsApp Chat might be attractive for merchants prioritizing incredibly simple WhatsApp integration above all else. However, the 1/5 rating with only two reviews is a major red flag. Merchants should be extremely cautious and perhaps investigate other live chat options before committing to PX WhatsApp Chat, unless they are willing to be early adopters and thoroughly test its functionality. If the goal is promoting your app, then Mobile App Banner ‑ Shopney is a far better option.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
PX WhatsApp Chat claims a 'one-click install,' suggesting it's designed for ease of use. However, the negative reviews may negate this benefit if the app has underlying issues. Mobile App Banner ‑ Shopney likely requires more customization to design effective banners.

PX WhatsApp Chat can also contribute to sales by resolving customer issues and improving customer satisfaction, leading to repeat purchases.
Which app provides better customer support?
PX WhatsApp Chat directly provides customer support through WhatsApp integration. Mobile App Banner ‑ Shopney doesn't directly offer customer support, but a well-designed mobile app can offer enhanced support features.
Which app is more reliable based on user feedback?
Mobile App Banner ‑ Shopney is significantly more reliable based on its 5/5 rating and 44 reviews, compared to PX WhatsApp Chat's 1/5 rating and 2 reviews.
